The Power Of Red

Red is the lowest of the seven of the color scale, and it belongs to the lowest of the seven notes of the musical scale, which is C. When you play a C note, certain sensitive people, who have whats medically known as ‘Synesthesia’, see the color red; and most martial music is in the key of C.

Red when predominating in herbs, colored lights or glass, and surroundings gives warmth, increased circulation, vitality and energy to the body and cheerfulness, stimulation and excitement to the spirit. Throughout history, the red flag was used for incendiarism. Finally, a dark red aura indicates passion and a fighting spirit!

We can turn to Dr. Babbitt’s discoveries in Chromotherapy.
